Many people associate Istria with endless beaches and racing cyclists who romp along the coast roads and in the hinterland. However, few people think of mountain bike holidays. However, an extraordinary infrastructure for bikers has been developing here for a few years now. For example, the cycle route 101 passes directly by Villa Stanisi, where you can start practically on your doorstep. The bicycle routes are marked according to a system with red, yellow and green marked difficulty gradations.
